B Ultralocrian 𝄫3 Scale

R♭2𝄫3♭4♭5♭6𝄫78BCD♭E♭FGA♭BSSTTTS3
Step pattern H – H – W – W – W – H – W+H

B Ultralocrian 𝄫3 contains 7 notes: B, C, D♭, E♭, F, G, A♭. It has 3 flats: D♭, E♭, A♭. The step pattern is H–H–W–W–W–H–W+H.

The most extreme Locrian variant in the Neapolitan minor family, with a double-flatted 3rd on top of an already fully-flattened structure. Purely theoretical, completing the modal system of Neapolitan minor.

The formula is 1, b2, bb3, b4, b5, b6, bb7. The bb3 (enharmonically a major 2nd) creates the same notation paradox found in other double-flat modes. This mode exists to complete the theoretical picture of Neapolitan minor's modal system.

No practical guitar application. Its value is in understanding how extreme modal alteration works at the edges of tonal theory.
